1 General Terms and Introduction

This terms and conditions document forms a binding legal agreement between jetaz7 and its users. jetaz7 operates an online betting and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. The platform includes sports betting, casino games, slots and other interactive gaming services.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To register on jetaz7, you must provide an active mobile number, email address and accurate personal identification details. Your account will be activated once the registration process is complete.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure the security of deposits and withdrawals, jetaz7 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. The following documents may be required for verification:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of mobile banking account
• Proof of address if required

Withdrawals may be temporarily held if verification is not completed. jetaz7 maintains complete confidentiality throughout the verification process.

3.3 Account Security

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on jetaz7 is ৳100. You must use your own mobile banking or bank account to deposit funds into your account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Currently accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawals. Identity verification of the account is mandatory before withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Fraud

If fraudulent activity is detected in any deposit or withdrawal, jetaz7 reserves the right to cancel that transaction and permanently close the associated account.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on jetaz7 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a bonus of ৳1,000 — giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 VIP Program

jetaz7's VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.7% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 1.0% cashback per week
• Diamond: up to 1.2% cashback per week

You can move up to higher VIP tiers through regular and active play. VIP cashback is governed by separate bonus terms applicable to each tier.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Each user may benefit from each promotion only once.
• The wagering requirement for a bonus must be met within the specified time limit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only once wagering is complete.
• If any user abuses the bonus system, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• jetaz7 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

6 Betting and Game Rules

On jetaz7, the outcome of all bets and games is determined in a fair and transparent manner. Our platform follows Fair Play principles and uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

Each game has its own rules which are displayed at the time the game is launched. It is the user's responsibility to read and understand those rules before starting a game.

• In sports betting, once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault, jetaz7 will make a reasonable decision.
• In the event of a dispute over any bet outcome, jetaz7's decision will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jetaz7 and if such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Creating an account using a false identity or forged documents.
• Abusing the bonus system or conducting bonus arbitrage.
• Using automated bots or software to conduct gaming or betting.
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack.
• Harassing or behaving disrespectfully toward other users.
• Placing bets under a third party's name or using a third party's account.

8 Account Suspension and Closure Rules

8.1 Closure by the User

8.2 Suspension or Closure by jetaz7

jetaz7 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

jetaz7 reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be given as much advance notice as possible in the case of significant changes.
